Jess Mullins Fullen, Programs & Learning Administrator, at AFN moderated a panel discussion featuring Kristin Walker Collins, Chief Executive Officer at Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky, and Lucien Rothenstein, the Democracy Program Officer at Educational Foundation of America. The group discussed the wide array of ways that foundations can invest in civic and voter engagement, the differences for community and private foundations, and examples of this work in the Central Appalachia region.
